What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:
- Account data: Email address, name, job title, and industry (optional)
- Achievement data: The text you send via WhatsApp or enter in the web portal
- Generated outputs: CV bullets and LinkedIn posts created by AI from your achievements
- WhatsApp number: Used to receive and send messages via Twilio
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
How we use your data
- To store and display your achievements
- To generate AI-powered CV bullets and LinkedIn posts using Anthropic's Claude API
- To send WhatsApp messages (weekly prompts, confirmations) via Twilio
- To process payments via Stripe
Third-party services
- Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
- Anthropic (Claude): AI text generation. Achievement text is sent to generate outputs but is not used for training.
- Twilio: WhatsApp messaging
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Application hosting
Data sharing
Your achievements and generated outputs are never shared with third parties or used for AI training. Data is only sent to third-party services as needed to provide the service (e.g., sending achievement text to Claude for generation).
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed from our database.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this through the Settings page or by contacting us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by Row Level Security policies. Webhook endpoints verify signatures before processing.
